It all started when…

Avon approached us with a lengthy list of goals:

  1. Elevate perception of Avon

  2. Promote the brand to their existing representative base

  3. Raise brand awareness for new potential representatives

  4. Showcase their products

  5. Create product how-to’s

  6. Align Avon with exciting talent

  7. Create content for Avon’s own use

And to further grow the partnership, we collaborated with popular social influencer Christen Dominique (4+M YouTube followers) to create 13 original videos for Avon, inspired by each episodic integration their received. These videos were designed to engage a new audience for Avon and had tremendous success on all social media channels. The videos were licensed to Avon for a year so they could leverage them internally.
Avon was thrilled with this partnership as it fulfilled every one of their goals and the final results exceeded their expectations.

 

To meet all of their goals, I turned to Project Runway and its many partnership opportunities to create an extensive custom program for Avon.
In addition to product integration in every episode of Runway, I worked with our internal production team to create 7 tutorial videos targeted at Avon’s current clients. Some of these videos featured Tim Gunn, the host of Project Runway. These tutorial videos fulfilled six of Avon’s seven goals.
